Goal of a training: The aim is to define priorities in one’s work, set main goals, tasks, and activities. To effectively plan time and manage routine tasks. Additionally, to handle ad hoc situations that arise in daily operational work. How to efficiently accomplish assigned tasks, maintain composure, and cope with stressful situations.

The training is based on practical examples, model situations, and exercises.
