| Target of training: | Target is to show to leader his role in company, his position between company and team, goals, function and makes him to be ready for situations in his work. How to use basic leadership styles, solve conflicts, develop, coach, work with individuals and team, get results from team, stay on position, to have self motivation, send energy and enthusiasm to people, lead them to be independent and creative. Be able to say good or „bad“messages and objective feed back. *trainings are based on practical exercises a model situations. |
