Target group: Call center leaders (Supervisors, Team leaders, junior managers)

Target of training: Target is to discuss motivators and demotivators of employees, reason for turnover, turnover stanrards and character, how to predict and manage fluctuation. How to care about employee and motivate or stimulate them for estabilishment by basic typology of employees, importance of internal communication, company values, trend in other countries. *trainings are based on practical exercises and model situations
