Target is usually coaching in goals, time management, organization, priorities, accept company vision, role and responsibilities, ability to solve complicated situations and conflicts, motivation of people, feed back providing (good and "bad"), outputs to process, development, set up individual goals, understanding of targets and results; create action steps and to present results.

Consultancy:

  • Consultancy about target of coaching (client and leader)
  • Coaching according to plan, individual goals to every session (5 - 10x sessions after 7-14 days)
  • Periodical evaluation, goals set up, control and report to client
  • Final report and recommendation of training and individual development plan

Cooperation scope depends on discussion with client. Content, timing and prices should be adapted by needs.
