Target is usually coaching in goals, time management, organization, priorities, accept company vision, role and responsibilities, ability to solve complicated situations and conflicts with clients, (tele)sales skills and proactivity, quality and effectivity development, outputs to process, development, set up individual goals, understanding of targets and results.

Consultancy

  • Consultancy about target of coaching (client and leader)
  • Coaching according to plan, individual goals to every session (10 - 15 x sessions after 7 days)
  • Periodical evaluation, goals set up, control and report to client
  • Final report and recommendation of training and individual development plan

Cooperation scope depends on discussion with client. Content, timing and prices should be adapted by needs.
